Yes these ubmission tools are always problem in Google because Google will penalize for these quick links and ban your website.

So if you want to promote your website in many search engines then do it for manually if you don't have time then give it to seo experts they will do it for you. so don't go for these quick linkbuilding tools.

I appreciate techppc's reply. Better be patient and do it manually than to use some tools and get banned. If those tools are acceptable by seo experts we can hang over with it.
