I want to ask question about Country extension. If all other things are same, Which website would rank high, a .com domain with a country extension, or a .com domain without any Extension. OR it has no effect at all?
I'm not a pro but what I have read on the forums is that the extension does'nt really matter in SEO. But if you look at it from the visitor's point of view then .com is best suited.

Yes. I preferred .com without any country extension. Much better for me and people like to use it without any extension.

Extensions doesn't matters in SEO, choosing among the two is a personal choice but people prefer to use .com

Even i think that extensions doesn't really matters. All that matters is content of the site.Thats it..

Extensions don't matter in the sense of .com, .net, .info, etc. However if an Australian user is searching Google for the term "car parts" and all other things being equal then carparts.com.au will definitely out perform carparts.com
Obviously content and backlinks have a huge amount to do with the equation also. However CCTLD (country code top level domains) will almost always outperform .com domains when searching from a specific country. When I search Google (I am Australian) 80% of the top results are normally .com.au domains. Google likes to provide local, relevant content to searchers and the domain name is a great way of determining this. Another key factor they look at is where the website is hosted. If you are targeting Australian visitors then you should have your hosting based in Australia and on a .com.au domain name. Whereas if you are targeting American visitors you should have your hosting based on an American server and use a .com domain name.
Hope this helps and answers some questions.

yep, I do agree with you. If a person from Australia searching information in google.co.au then of course sites with 'co.au' will get little bit more weigh in SERP.
