Where to Host

Do you have websites? Do you prefer to host it locally in your country or overseas hosting company? What are the pros and cons?:)

Normally when anyone is looking for hosting, there are two things will be determined.
First. Price of the hosting per year.
Second. Storage of the web.
So, these two things are needed nowadays if you like to develop your own site. Of course we will choose the low price with large storage.
It doesn't matter either the hosting company is inside or outside the country.
This is from my point of view.
Perhaps our members have their own word.

Before your chose any hosting provider you should consider the below few things:

- Check their server stability.
- Check their support whether it is 24/7 or not.
- It doesn't matter if their servers are locally in your country or overseas.
- If your site doesn't require more space and bandwidth then do not select the company which provides more disk space and bandwidth.
- Go for quality web hosting provider rather than to obtain more disk space and bandwidth.

I'm down here in Sydney, Australia. I've noticed that a lot of the local Aussie hosts make the fact that they are Australian based a big selling point. But in the end I don't think it matters what country your web host is. If it's a good one, you're fine.

I'm currently using Weebly, among others. It's great.

It is not necessary to choose a hosting provider within your own Country and you can surely go with a hosting provider based in another region.

The hosting packages the hosting provider offers should be fine for your requirements and you should make sure that the support offered with the hosting package is good as the support offered with the hosting package certainly makes a difference in the hosting industry. 24x7 support with the hosting package is recommended.

The particu;ar cas of such thing is offshore hosts. I know a company called santrex.net and their deals are working good as for America as for Africa or Asia.
