How can I boost my Google PageRank?

Hi,

Any tips for boosting my website's Google PageRank? Its currently got a rank of 2.

I have a blog on the site that I update every couple of days, Ive added the website url to various directories and Ive submitted it to search engines...

How long will it be until I see an increase in my PageRank?

Any other tips please?

Try to be involve in press releases, book markings, classified ads, article submissions etc..
