I didn't understand your reason for calling some of the directories 'relatively good'? What were your criteria? The directories you list have good PR but some of them ( 000directory.com.ar ) have become link farms :)

Very basic layout that lacks the attractive feel. I guess you need to work on the template first, then as jitendraag said get a domain. The ads can also be optimized better, for the look as well as your earnings.
