To be honest I can't stand them.

Calling them "reality" shows seems to me to be completely inaccurate. They don't actually show reality. Usually, the whole situation is completely contrived. And all the people on them are self-conscious most of the time. They know they're being watched, and you can tell.

I suppose these shows could be quite interesting from a psychological POV. But they just make me cringe, so I always change the channel.

i feel reality shows are no more showing any reality.moreover big brother or singing dancing shows are not at all showing any reality.
i find FEAR FACTOR to be real enough.

i really hate reality shows.
because i feel there is a li'l amount of reality and it is very much manipulated to gain the TRP.
