One important Question about adsense

My Question is that that we are to webmasters and having differnet sites he have its adsense account and me have mine i have 2 domains of same site one is .com the one is .net .com is hosted at my sever and .net is hosted at his sever when some time my forum of .com gets down I make .net active at there place what we have done that same forum with different domain .net is back up domain u can say that so he put the adsenes code of his account to the back up forum which is .com so will it be a problem or not ?

First, welcome to the forum. :)

If I am understanding you correctly, you are using the .net site as a failsafe when your site goes down and you wonder if it is ok if his adsense code is on it.

My answer would be yes, it is ok. There are many forums that have adsense revenue sharing which permits thousands of different adsense id's to display on one site. Your situation may be a little different, but it is essentially the same. I see no TOS violations in what you are doing.

Google is mainly concerned about click fraud and the traffic qualtiy. Keep that in mind, and you will be ok. :)

Yes, that's fine. You are using two different adsense accounts in two different sites. There should not be any TOS violation.
