I've found about google ad a few months ago. I read all the information given.
I don't have much time to go through the details deeply. But what I'm concerning about the payment to be paid by google ad. I live outside USA. Can you guys help me on this? On how the account should be registered. I stucked when the process be at the step. Thank you.

No worry about payment. They will send you the check and you can withdraw it in your local bank account.

Registration is simple go to www.google.com/adsense and apply if you have a hosted domain with some good content. If you don't have a domain than signup at blogger.com, create a blog, add some content and apply for adsense
