You might have seen the error in WHM stating that the server is having problem to generate the stats. It is important to fix this error in timely manner else it will increase the log file size for all the domains on the server. Until you fix the problem, the server will store the logs of the site. Once the stats process successfully the logs are processed.

If your server having problem to generate the stats then you can also generate it manually from the Shell access (SSH). Login to your SSH using root username and password and shot out the below command:

/scripts/runlogsnow

Once you run above command it will process the logs and will generate the stats for all the domain. Please note that this command will work on cPanel/WHM server only. If you have different control panel then you will need to find the similar command for your cp.

Thanks,

Kailash

Thank you for the useful information.

It is recommended that you choose a control panel with the server or hosting package as it allows you to manage your server or hosting package very well.

Also, it is suggested that you choose a hosting provider who offers 24x7 support so that you can contact them in case of any issues and get the problem solved asap.
