Which blogging software

If you will plan to start your own blog which blogging software will you use for that? I personally like Wrodpress. What's your choice ?

Wordpress is the only software I think of when I think blogging. Typepad was too late to become open source :)

blogger is 'NOT' wordpress software. They are a free blog hosting site that will also let you use your own domain for the blog.

Wordpress has blog hosting site much like blogger and they also give away their software.

Wordpress is the the best script for blogging supported by many many great plugins. Always recommended

I have had a few blogs on Blogger. It's not as advanced as Wordpress, of course, but it's very straightforward and reliable. The thing I like about it is that you don't have to find a host and then pay for hosting, which is what you have to do for Wordpress. I mean, you might just be unlucky and end up with a dodgy one which eventually goes bust.

The other platform I like is Blog City. That's really well run and reliable. You have to pay a few bucks a month but it's definitely worth it.
