i have added my 3 sites is google web master tools and regualarly check my keyword positions there. But problem is this that wen i see some site in web mater tools at rank 3 its no where near that position wen i search the same in google ??? can some one guide me why this is happenings and can i fix this ???

Google webmasters show keywords positions according to google.com and your results can vary according to country. Click on google webmasters link and then search for your remaining keyowrds.

ya basic i am also agree with you that you are search in any other location and google webmaster tool shows google.com searches so this the the basic things
