DirectoryCritic.com one of the most prominent directory list (after Dan's info.vilesilencer.com) has been sold 'again' :)

Last time directory submissions 'king' inetzeal bought the site and less than 6 months later folks at directory maximizer have scooped it up.

Is it the downfall of directorycritic's authority? Will other lists like Bill's Free Directory List (http://www.vmoptions.com/directory-list.php) and mine :) Submission Tracking Tool (http://managedirectorysubmissions.fastreviews.org/) do better after this?

That was some interested news. Sounds like a few people are upset because the new owners to DC apparently pulled the plug on existing and paid advertisements. No doubt some that advertise on DC are a little concerned.

DC's strength is in their niche directory lists. But just browsing some of them, especially the deep links category, and it looks like those lists need some work. But in all honesty, so does my list. The directories just turn paid, parked, etc. too fast!

Thanks for sharing this news! :)
