You can submit your URL to Gizmo Directory (http://www.gizmodirectory.org)without any costs. Reciprocals are not required, but you get a Premium Listing of your site when you place a reciprocal. Premium Listings are highlighted and are shown in the main categories. Additionally, premium listings are placed at the top of each category site list. Each site in the directory get a link in the category listing plus a link in the detail page which contains additional information and a large thumbshot of the site. Top rated sites get another link in the top lists
