If any of you ever ran a successful forum, and had to deal with all the idiot spammers, you would not be praising this garbage. You would comdemn it.

Not to mention the fact that if you have to resort to spamming forums, you have already admitted defeat and the inability to do even minor league SEO. In other words, you have made it clear that you simply can not do it the right way. So sad.

But just a reminder, joining forums is fine but spamming is not.. so its better to build your reputation through posting relevant and useful information.

I'm new in link building. I really want to understand what great link building is all about but i see that there are clearly smart ways of doing it.

I see that even after a short time of seeing various posts on different forums that there's a thing called 'Comment Spamming' ? I also see there's a few smart commentators that criticize these but i don't understand why? Not a trick question - i really don't get it? I want to link build ethically and get good at promoting my website in a genuine way for people that are genuinely interested in what i do and sell. I also want to become a great source of information for what i do.

Don't look at my site just yet because it's pretty bare at the moment. I do eventually want it to become rich with great articles and reviews. I also want to get good at SEO.

I find the biggest problem is knowing what good info is. I don't mind spending money for good info but clever marketing hype often disguises rubbish information. What does one do to get good at this stuff?

Hey Kaina
I noticed that alot of these forums have what i beleive is 'comment spamming'?
I'm a newbie to linking building, seo etc. It's interesting to always find posters like you pop out of a list of comment spam that make comments like you just have. Thing is, as a newbie i wish you'd open up the comment a little more so i can learn how to do great quality seo myself. The bit i don't get is why is comment spamming a really bad strategy? I see many commentators say this but i still havn't seen any that open the subject up a little more
