But the best part is that - you can buy a domain name with unverified PayPal account :)

Sounds good. However, just so everyone is aware of this, I believe you pay the normal price the following year(s). So the low price is only for the first year. Still, it saves you money so it's still good.

Why you this kind of unknown web site where no reliable commitment. To register a domain first your need think and take decision that where you registered it. Think before work not after. Please don’t mind my work. But it is true. Where you can get it $ 0.99 then why u buy it $ 1.75.

Nowadays it is dangerous with .info domain names. Many people were talking about it. Just be careful if you want to get a such domain.

It is not advisable to use .info domain for business as .info domain has not good impression. Generally due to less cost of .info, they are used for spamming. It's better to pay some more and purchase .com, .net etc.

I preferred .com because it was a general domain. So we can expect that our domain is at the same level as other site.

I use quite a lot of .info domains to develop minisites in niche keyword areas. I have quite good results even with using hyphens eg. granite-sealer.info

I think that if you put the work in and have good content while promoting you will see good results.
