You can just rightclick on the link itself and select properties. If nothing is showed the no-follow attribute is not used. If the no-follow attribute is used you will see no-follow

We hope you got the answer, Nofollow are for not crawling a link by search engine. Dofollow allow search engine to crawl links. Nofollow tag we can use if we are using a link for reference not for crawl. Both are good for human traffic.
