Hi:

Can you submit a site to a directory and include an internal page link other than a home or index page link? It appears that only index page links are allowed.

Each directory normally displays a list of general submission guidelines/rules. Most free directories do not accept deep link submissions, however some do. In the VMOptions free directory list (http://www.vmoptions.com/directory-list.php) you will find approximately 25 free directories that allow deep links with each submission. These directories are marked with a "*" next to their directory name.

With the deep link directories in the VMOptions list, use your top level domain as the main URL and your internal pages for the deep links.

You may also want to consider using social bookmarks and articles for building links to your interior pages.

It depends on directory. I have noticed that few directories allow more than one link so you can submit deep link in such directories.

Some directories will allow you to submit a link to a sub page from them, but most will only link to your homepage, unless you pay for a subpage link.

There are some directory sites who allow you to submit deep links and most of them are from general directories, however most of them are paid one.
