One directory has been added to the VMOptions directory list. thaica.org uses nofollow for free submissions, which disqualifies it from being in my list. My thought on the subject is if a directory owners spends some time doing a review of a site, and decides to present it to their visitors, then it should not be nofollowed. Nofollow is a good tool to reduce spam in blogs, forums, etc. and also advertisements. It's just my opinion...
