Most of the people like to use Google for SEO.Why?

I think most of the people prefer Google for SEO.But it is everyone's doubt is why they prefer only this ?So I would like to know the opinion of all of them here.Google enables more fast and simple search .I think it is the reason behind this?Every persons have their own reasons to use Google?Please hare it here.Thanks in advance.

Number of reasons. Google is number 1 search engine whereby most of visitors are coming from and it's only logical that sites are optimized for their se. Google webmasters tools, PR ranking system + backlinks popularity issues. All these factors come together.

I think the most simple answer for that question is that mainly Google is the most used SE in browsing the net. So that's why SEOs will going to give more attention on G cause it has the higher chance of giving them conversion and as well as to drive traffic to their site.

In essence, Google saw blasted all over every Search Engine Optimization Blog world a new fad called link building; and that people were exchanging links left and right, which in all reality was creating illegitimate links (because there was no genuine interest in the web site thru this link to begin with). Linkexchange as what was been stated on Google Original Guidelines once stated to be Examples of link schemes :
link exchange and reciprocal links schemes ("link to me and I'll link to you.")

This was against the guideline before but it was been updated to:
Examples of link schemes can include:
Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging ("link to me and I'll link to you.")

They had added the word "excessive". Now linkexchange is acceptable as long as it's not a excessive link exchange.
