You can do that with traslate.google(dot)com

Yes, you can use some of the translators to do this, however, I would suggest you to submit those articles in article submission websites in the same language as it would be a better option.

You can use google translate or bing translate.

You should use same language for your website, article and submission sites. Because any of the translator tool can not translate your article perfectly in any language. So try to submit your articles in the same language sites.
